Problems with your bike

Nick knows everything. Well, everything about bikes. OK, most things about bikes - he certainly owns a few! If you have a question about parts, he's your man.

If you're having difficulties with your ride, give Nick a ring at the shop. He'll probably be able to help.

Problems with the site

If something looks broken, misaligned or just plain hard-to-use, let us know. Send an email to support@gingerparts.com with as much detail as you can about your system, the page the problem was on, and what happened.
